It is crucial to bridge the gap between the strategy defined by senior management and its practical execution in our organization’s day-to-day operations. Our executives are the links between strategy and practice, between vision and execution, and between leadership and teams. Therefore, we held a senior management meeting, an event that highlighted the importance of strengthening our organizational culture to ensure that objectives translate into concrete results. The program included several presentations, notably one led by Engineer José Braz, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Finançor SGPS, SA, who discussed key moments in the history of the Finançor Group, as well as one delivered by Engineer Romão Braz, Chief Executive Officer of the Finançor Group, who praised the mission, values, and sustainability of the Finançor Group, and presented figures and objectives for 2025 and the five-year period 2026-2030. The event also featured a motivational session by renowned Executive Coach Tiago Forjaz, who inspired the audience with the themes “High Performance Teams” and “Talent and Collaboration in the Collaborative Era.”
