On 26 February 2026, the second edition of the Finançor Group Management Meeting took place, marking an important occasion for information sharing, strategic alignment, and strengthening team spirit.

The session featured a presentation by Romão Braz, Chief Executive Officer of Finançor Group, who provided an overview of the current global economic situation, analysing the context in which the Group carries out its activities. During his presentation, key indicators and results were also shared, together with a forward-looking perspective based on the challenges and opportunities facing the organisation.

The meeting also included a team motivation session, with an inspiring reflection on the role of people, leadership, and resilience in the business environment.

The initiative concluded with a convivial lunch, creating an informal space for sharing and connection among all participants, and further strengthening internal bonds and the sense of belonging within the organisation.
