Finançor Agro-Alimentar, S.A., which manufactures and markets compound feedingstuffs, wheat flour, biscuits and markets raw materials and pasta;
Noviçor – Steers of the Azores, S.A., dedicated to the production of beef,
Agraçor – Swine of the Azores, S.A. which produces pigmeat;
Provipor – Animal Feed Production, Lda., Which produces pig meat;
Altiprado – Agricultural Company of Achada das Furnas, S.A., dedicated to the production of milk;
Granpon – Poultry Farm of Ponta Delgada, Lda. And Pondel – Poultry of Ponta Delgada, Lda. That produce chicken meat and eggs;
Avigex – Sociedade de Empreendimentos Avícolas e de Frio, Lda., Which cuts chicken meat and sells eggs and various fresh and frozen food products;
Salsiçor – Salsicharia dos Açores, S.A. and Salsiçor Terceira, S.A., which produces and processes meat products;
Azoris, SGPS, S.A. holding the Azoris Hotels SA, which operates the Azoris Royal Garden, Azoris Faial Garden and Azoris Angra Garden;
Finançor Distribuição Alimentar, which operates in the retail food distribution market through the Solmar brand;
Finançor Cash & Carry that operates in the wholesale food distribution market through the Recheio Cash & Carry brand.

The Group also holds minority interests, with a presence in the management of the following companies:

Bovimadeira – Exploitation of Bovines da Madeira, Lda., Which operates in the beef market on the island of Madeira;
Nako Açores, S.A. – company that is in the retail food and catering sector;
Aquazor – Aquaculture and Marine Biotechnologies of the Azores, S.A, company that was set up to invest in offshore aquaculture in the Azores;
TNA – Tecnologia e Nutrição Animal, S.A., headquartered in mainland Portugal, manufacturer of premixes and additives that, in addition to supplier supports in field technical assistance.
